The history of VYROUBAL TEXTILES s.r.o. dates back to 1992. That year saw the transformation of the former ancillary plant of the collective farming society in Budětsko into a company owned by Ing. Josef Vyroubal, which continued in the traditional production of gravity filters for milk (catchment milk filters) in Laškov. As years passed, the production of nonwoven filters would gradually grow to include the industries of agriculture, food processing, and engineering. In 1998 the company extended its operations to manufacture nonwoven textiles for healthcare, PERVIN/PERLAN.

VYROUBAL TEXTILES s.r.o. is currently the Czech Republic's leading producer of milk filters and filters for the continuous treatment of cutting liquids and cooling emulsions in metalworking; it is also a major manufacturer of healthcare nonwovens. The manufacturing plant was relocated from Laškov to new, modern premises in Budětsko in 2008.
